GO Property Services Ltd has been trading since 2003. Our Estate Agency, GO Estate Agents, opened in November 2009.

GO Property Services has developed an enviable reputation for customer service. The business has always worked hard to offer clients a fast and efficient way of renting property at a fair price and now we will be offering the same transparent and honest service in our Estate Agency. Estate Agents haven't got themselves a dreadful reputation for no reason - there's no smoke without fire. We aren't 100% perfect, but GO Property Services will be doing whatever we can to disprove the theory.

GO Property Services was previously known as Lettings direct.co.uk. We changed our name in 2009 when we expanded into Estate Agency. At the same time we also purchased high profile premises, where we will be promoting our client's properties to the thousands of people passing our doors every day.

Technology

GO Property Services has always embraced industry technology and our Letting Agencies and Estate Agency will be utilising dedicated sytems and specialist websites to best promote client's properties. We aim to advertise our property listings as far and wide as possible to provide the maximum exposure to the market.

As well as our Nottingham Estate Agency, GO Property Services also offers a Letting Agency in Nottingham and a Letting Agency in Leeds. Each specialism has its own web presence to put us in the forefront of people's minds when they are looking to buy or rent. In some cicumstances property may be suitable to sell on to some of our investor clients and we also have clients who purchase property that is currently rented out.

Since we were first established, we have held regular client surveys and we encourage feedback from our customers. It helps us improve. GO Property Services has also teamed up with FEEFO, the trusted independent feedback forum, to provide impartial testimonials on our website. Clients are given the opportunity to tell us what they think and rate the service we provide - a clever gadget then displays the data on our website for all the world to see. We don't just say we value feedback, we find it is essential to improve our services. We will only succeed by doing the job well, and we're pretty determined to succeed!

GO Property Services employs a team of dedicated, hard working professionals. Our people are the difference and we like to make sure that they have the skills to do their job properly. All of our frontline staff are ARLA or NAEA trained and we also hold regular workshops in-house to update our team with changes in legislation of case law.

GO Property Services is affiliated with The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), who are working to promote professionalism within the industry. It is a prerequisite of the NAEA that we abide by its code of practice. We are also registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
